Conclusion
My experience with the LG OLED65GXPVA was really enjoyable. The colors of the images and videos were vibrant, lively, and the contrast ratio was great. The Black in the screen was really black which created a great contrast with the bright colors and even watching at close as 1 foot didn’t feel uneasy or a banding effect or pixel dots on your face.
As mentioned, the internal speakers are very good but a little muffled on lower volume as the speakers are placed behind the panel. But the treble and bass were good. Ideally would suggest investing in a soundbar or hook it up to your Home Theater system or speakers.
Accessing the content on the TV was very easy due to the LG WebOS and the LG Magic Remote. The OS allows you to add the applications and comes with dedicated Amazon Prime and Netflix apps and which also present as preset buttons on the magic remote.
The Voice recognition software was great and kept learning as the time passed by but the issue of auto listening and AI software getting activated without pressing the button was a turn-off.
The LG OLED65GXPVA TV is a little on the expensive side for the latest pixel lit technology but for the consumer who can afford and wants the best, sleek, stylish TV flushed to the wall, wouldn’t mind spending and get the best quality picture, decent sound, and painting style of Television in their house.
