CriticReviewer publishes independent product reviews to help UAE and GCC consumers make informed purchasing decisions.
Products Accepted for Review
We consider smartphones, computers, audio products, storage devices, gaming equipment, home appliances, electric vehicles, software, services and other relevant technologies.
Brands and PR agencies may submit review proposals to editor@criticreviewer.com.
Submitting or providing a product does not guarantee coverage. We consider editorial relevance, reader interest, scheduling and available resources.
Review Units and Loans
Products may be supplied as temporary review units, long-term loans or permanent samples.
Unless otherwise agreed, temporary review units are normally retained for approximately 20 days before return. Different arrangements may apply to vehicles, large appliances, pre-production devices or products requiring extended testing.
The method by which a product was supplied does not determine its rating.
How We Evaluate Products
Our evaluation may include:

- Setup and ease of use
- Features and software
- Performance
- Battery life or energy efficiency
- Camera, display or audio performance
- Comfort and everyday usability
- UAE price and availability
- Warranty and regional support
- Value for money
- Comparison with the product’s stated purpose and market position
Testing methods vary depending on the product. We identify personal experiences and observations clearly.
Ratings and Awards
CriticReviewer ratings reflect our editorial assessment at the time of publication.
Editor’s Choice, Recommended and other CriticReviewer awards are reserved for products that demonstrate exceptional performance, usability or value. Ratings and awards cannot be purchased.
Manufacturers may quote a rating or display an award badge provided that the article is linked and the rating is not altered or presented out of context.
Editorial Independence
Brands may provide products, travel, event access or background information. These arrangements do not provide approval rights over our conclusions.
We may verify specifications, names, prices or technical facts with a company before publication. We do not provide brands with the right to rewrite opinions, select ratings or suppress legitimate criticism.
Embargoes and Confidentiality
CriticReviewer respects agreed embargo dates and legitimate confidential briefings. An embargo agreement does not guarantee coverage or favourable treatment.
Pricing and Availability
We prioritise official UAE pricing and availability. Prices, promotions and product availability may change after publication. Readers should confirm current details with the manufacturer or authorised retailer.
Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships
Some articles may contain affiliate links. CriticReviewer may receive a commission when a reader completes a qualifying purchase. This does not increase the buyer’s price or determine the editorial opinion.

Corrections and Post-Publication Changes
Genuine factual errors are corrected without charge. Significant corrections will be explained through an update note.
Requests for commercial rewriting, replacement of supplied campaign material or withdrawal of correctly published content may be treated separately under an agreed commercial arrangement. Such fees never apply to genuine accuracy corrections, privacy obligations or legal requirements.
