CriticReviewer is committed to correcting factual errors fairly, transparently and without unnecessary delay.
How to Request a Correction
Send correction requests to editor@criticreviewer.com and include:
- The URL of the relevant article
- A clear description of the possible error
- The correct information
- Supporting evidence or an authoritative source
- Your name and relationship to the subject
We may contact the requester or another relevant source for clarification.
How We Handle Corrections
Every request is assessed according to the available evidence. A request from a brand, individual or organisation does not automatically result in a change.
When a factual error is confirmed, we will correct it without charge.
Types of Changes
Minor corrections
Spelling, punctuation, formatting or grammatical mistakes that do not change the meaning may be corrected without a separate notice.
Significant corrections
Errors involving specifications, prices, names, quotations, conclusions or other material information may receive a correction note explaining what changed and when.
Clarifications
We may add context when the original wording was accurate but could reasonably be misunderstood.
Updates
New prices, availability information, software changes or later developments may be added as updates. The original publication date will be preserved, and an updated date may be displayed.
Retractions and deletions
Complete removal is considered only in exceptional circumstances, including serious legal, privacy, safety or accuracy concerns.
We do not normally delete accurate articles merely because a person or organisation no longer wants the information published.
Review Opinions
A disagreement with a review conclusion or rating is not necessarily a factual error. However, we will correct inaccurate specifications, prices, names and other verifiable information.
Commercial Change Requests
Requests to replace campaign assets, rewrite previously approved promotional material or withdraw correctly published commercial content may be handled under a separate commercial agreement.
Commercial charges never apply to genuine factual corrections or applicable legal and privacy obligations.
