Bhai-Tera-Star-Hai-Meeting-Raghav-Juyal-in-Dubai
After a long time, I found myself attending a Hindi movie press conference instead of another technology launch or product briefing.
This event was particularly interesting because it gave me an opportunity to meet Raghav Juyal. I have followed his journey since his early days as a dancer.
Over the years, audiences have watched him progress from dancing to television hosting, web series and supporting roles in Hindi movies. Now, he is stepping forward as a leading actor in Bhai Tera Star Hai.
That journey made me curious to meet him and learn more about the movie. Therefore, I could not miss the opportunity when the invitation arrived.
The press conference was held at the Preview Properties office in Dubai, UAE. Raghav Juyal attended alongside co-star Niharika NM and director Vivek B. Agrawal.
Members of the UAE media were invited to watch the trailer and interact with the team ahead of the movie’s theatrical release.
A Relaxed and Welcoming Press Conference
Raghav Juyal brought the same witty personality that audiences have seen during his television appearances. However, he also appeared humble, approachable and genuinely pleased to meet everyone.

He interacted comfortably with the media and ensured that people had an opportunity to speak with him. Niharika NM was equally friendly and approachable throughout the event.
Director Vivek B. Agrawal and the producers allowed the actors to remain at the centre of the conversation. They answered questions whenever the discussion turned towards the filmmaking process.
I also appreciated the way Preview Properties managed the event. Although the company hosted the press conference, the focus remained firmly on the movie and its cast.
There was no unnecessary business presentation or attempt to redirect attention towards the host. This helped the interaction feel like a proper movie press conference.
This may appear like a small detail, but it made a noticeable difference. The cast and filmmakers received the time and attention they had travelled to Dubai for.
Why Dubai Matters for Hindi Cinema
The visit also reflected the importance of the UAE and wider Gulf region for Indian cinema.
The UAE has a large and culturally diverse expatriate population. Hindi movies regularly attract audiences from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and several other South Asian communities.

Dubai has also become an important destination for movie promotions. It allows filmmakers to connect with UAE audiences while reaching viewers across the wider Middle East.
The team behind Bhai Tera Star Hai appeared to understand this connection. Their Dubai visit was not simply a quick appearance, but an opportunity to interact directly with regional media.
What Is Bhai Tera Star Hai About?
The movie’s trailer was shown before the media interaction. It introduced us to a fast-moving comedy built around ambition, confusion and one lie that becomes increasingly difficult to control.
Bhai Tera Star Hai follows Ajay Singh, played by Raghav Juyal. Ajay is an ambitious and highly optimistic actor who believes that superstardom is within his reach.

His confidence leads him to tell what initially appears to be an innocent lie. However, that lie quickly grows into a series of misunderstandings during a chaotic night.
As more characters enter the situation, Ajay finds himself trapped in an increasingly complicated web of confusion. The movie uses situational comedy, energetic dialogue and contrasting personalities to move the story forward.
Based on the trailer and the team’s presentation, the film appears to rely more on character interactions than random slapstick humour. It also aims to remain accessible to family audiences.
The Director’s Approach to Comedy
During the press interaction, director Vivek B. Agrawal discussed the effort involved in balancing comedy with emotional moments.
The screenplay was co-written by Sudipto Sarkar and Vivek B. Agrawal. According to the director, the comedy develops through natural timing, character friction and Ajay’s belief in his future stardom.
This approach could help the movie connect with anyone who has dreamed big or exaggerated something to impress others. In Ajay’s case, however, that exaggeration changes the course of an entire night.
The media presentation also offered a closer look at the movie’s characters, music and overall narrative style. The trailer suggested a lively comedy supported by a large ensemble cast.
An Ensemble Cast Across Generations
Presented by Eastwood Pictures, Bhai Tera Star Hai brings together actors from cinema, television and digital entertainment.
Alongside Raghav Juyal and Niharika NM, the cast includes Sanjay Kapoor, Barkha Singh, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Vikalp Mehta and Vivan Bhatena.
The ensemble also features Niki Aneja Walia, Parvathy Omanakuttan, Tina Desai, Vineeth Beep Kumar, Naser Al Azzeh and Dev Agrawal.
This mix of familiar actors and digital creators could help the movie connect with different generations. Raghav Juyal and Niharika NM may particularly attract younger audiences familiar with television and social media.
The movie is produced by Avantika Hari, Sunil Rupani and Vivek B. Agrawal. It is being released under the banners of Eastwood Pictures and Indian Stories 2.
My Takeaway from the Dubai Interaction
This was a refreshing change from the technology events and product launches that normally dominate my schedule.
More importantly, it allowed me to meet an entertainer whose career I have watched develop over several years.

Raghav Juyal’s journey has not followed the conventional route of a Hindi movie hero. He built his identity through dance, humour, television and supporting performances before reaching this stage.
Meeting him in Dubai made the event more personal for me. His wit was expected, but his humble and welcoming manner left an equally positive impression.
Niharika NM also brought a relaxed energy to the interaction, while Vivek B. Agrawal offered useful insight into the thinking behind the movie.
Of course, a trailer and press conference cannot determine the quality of an entire film. However, the presentation introduced a promising situational comedy supported by an interesting ensemble cast.
Bhai Tera Star Hai will arrive in cinemas on 30th July 2026.
