On 28th Jan 2025, OPPO launched the Reno 13 series of smartphones for the GCC market at West Beach Terrace, Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The team invited the Media and Influencers and had a great show showcasing the features of the Reno 13 series smartphones.
During the presentation, we were informed about the series’ enhanced experiences with AI Livephoto, AI Editor, and underwater photography. Encased in a sleek, durable design, the Reno13 Series combines powerful hardware with intuitive software, offering exceptional performance for creators, gamers, and everyday users.

The Reno13 Series flaunts a bold new design harmoniously fusing technology and fashion, inspired by majestic butterfly wings. The Reno13 5G showcases engineering excellence with a seamless One-piece Sculpted Glass back cover that delivers an elegant, refined curvature. The device’s Aerospace-grade Aluminum Frame is a testament to durability, offering 200% greater yield strength than plastic frames, 20% improved bending resistance, and 36% enhanced drop protection.
Precision meets aesthetics in the Reno13 5G’s ultra-slim profile, which weighs just 181g and is 7.24 mm thick. The series expands its visual appeal through premium colorways, with the Reno13 F 5G available in Plume Purple, Graphite Gray, Skyline Blue, and Luminous Blue. To prove that, we were given a live demo of the Reno 13 submerged in hot water, with shrimp being cooked in the same water.
