11-12-25 – I was invited to the Huawei Regional Launch of the Huawei products. Huawei Consumer Business Group delivered an impressive show in Dubai with its Unfold the Moment event. It highlighted a new premium lineup designed for performance, style, and creativity.
The showcase introduced the HUAWEI Mate X7, FreeClip 2, WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN, and MatePad 11.5 S, expanding Huawei’s ecosystem with bold innovation.
Each product reflected Huawei’s commitment to advanced engineering. It showcased refined craftsmanship and meaningful consumer-driven technology. This technology suits diverse lifestyles across the GCC.

James Warren, the Head of International Media, started the event. He introduced the earlier product ranges already available in the market. These included Huawei Pura 80 series, Mate XT (Triple fold Smartphone), Watch GT 6 Series, and MatePad Pro 12.2.

Huawei expanded its luxury smartwatch category with the new Royal Gold Edition of the WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN.
The standout feature is a rare-earth purple ceramic bezel combined with 18K gold detailing that elevates the watch’s premium appearance.
A zirconium-based liquid metal case adds remarkable toughness, while a purple-gold titanium alloy strap complements its luxury-focused aesthetic profile.
Designed with deep-sea divers in mind, the watch integrates innovative waterproof engineering combined with sonar-based underwater communication systems.
It includes an upgraded antenna for stronger connectivity and clearer calling through AI-driven noise cancellation technologies.
Precise positioning is made possible by the Sunflower Positioning System, while eSIM functionality ensures seamless connectivity across different environments.
HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 S — A Creative Powerhouse for the New Generation
The MatePad 11.5 S gives creators a versatile, paper-like display. This display is known as the PaperMatte Display. It eliminates glare while preserving clarity and sharpness.
It comes with the new M-Pencil Pro stylus and magnetic keyboard. These tools are designed to enhance writing, drawing, and productivity tasks for creators of all levels.
The upgraded Huawei Notes app introduces brushes, templates, and creative assets inspired by Arabic and African artistic styles.

HUAWEI Wi-Fi MESH X3 Pro introduced to the Middle East
When we think about a Wi-fi device, it generally comes to mind as square or round. We imagine it with pebble design and opaque ABS plastic. However, Huawei is changing this perception. They are introducing a beautiful-looking Wi-fi Mesh product called X3 Pro for the Middle East.
HUAWEI WiFi Mesh X3 Pro supports 3.6 Gbps connections powered by Wi-Fi 7. This device has the 1st transparent Antenna. It has touch control by which you can control the golden mountain glow mood lighting in the router. The device lighting changes its colour with the season change. You can control it from the Huawei AI Life App. They also showcased the smaller extender version for the MESH networking. The HUAWEI WiFi Mesh X3 Pro has 50 ms latency. It is perfect for the home, villa, or office where individuals prefer to keep it on the table. This avoids hiding the router in some corner of the room.
