HONOR 20 Pro to launch in August for the UAE Market
HONOR – the leading smartphone e-brand, has announced the regional launch of the HONOR 20 PRO. The Google Play-certified HONOR 20 PRO will be available at all leading retailers across the UAE in August. The smartphone was launched recently at an event in London.
Demonstrating the company’s commitment to delivering the best technology and the most updated Android experience, HONOR has confirmed that the 20 Series will also be getting the upcoming Android Q update soon including the HONOR 20 PRO.
The device sets a new standard by combining a quad-camera module at the back, one of the highest-ever ranked smartphone camera, intelligent Dynamic Holographic glass back, superior performance powered by Kirin 980 system-on-chip with GPU Turbo 3.0, an 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It comes with the latest Magic UI 2.1.0 (compatible with Android 9) user interface. A Graphene cooling sheet technology and all-view display with a 91.7% screen-to-body ratio. It comes with 4000mAh battery with quick 50% charge (22.5W HONOR SuperCharge) in as little as 30 minutes.
The HONOR 20 Pro has got 111 DxO Mark and achieving the 2nd highest score rating for a smartphone camera. it comes with 16MP (117° super wide angle lens) + 48MP (/1.4 aperture main lens) + 8MP (3x Optical Zoom telephoto lens) and 2MP (4cm distance Macro lens)
The 48MP main lens is a SONY IMX 586 with Large 1/2″ Sensor, Wide f/1.4 Aperture and comes with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). The capabilities of the 48MP camera are further enhanced by the Kirin 980 AI chipset’s Dual-NPU and Dual-ISP. HONOR 20 PRO features 4-axis OIS on the main camera and telephoto camera that work with the Kirin 980 AI chipset to provide real-time lens compensation to reduce subject motion. Powered by the AIS algorithm, Super Night Mode on the main camera and 4-axis OIS allows for crisp, clear, low-light images without unwanted hand movements. HONOR 20 Pro can do 30× digital zoom of the telephoto camera and large 1/2-inch Sony sensor. HONOR 20 PRO features Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) and OIS.
HONOR 20 PRO has a single lens 32MP (f/2.0 aperture) high-resolution selfie camera intelligently combines four pixels into one larger pixel for brighter, clearer selfies. And with AI beautify and portrait modes, it can provide a shallow depth of field and bokeh effect for selfies.
