Around a month ago I was given Blueair Purifier Classic-680i by their PR agency for review and I wondered . . . How should review the product in Dubai (UAE) as most of the time I am at the office which is Air Conditioned and time in the house, I have closed windows and doors as split AC is On. So let me review it out product and see the result.
I have kept the Blueair Purifier classic-680i, switched ON for 24/7 for a month. And I was astonished by the amount of fine dust was collected on the filter of the Classic-680i.
Blueair Purifier Classic – 680i is 660 x 500 x 340 mm (26 x 20 x 13 in) in size, weighing 14kgs and has casters wheels to move around the house.
It has 3 filters in the Blueair Purifier Classic – 680i – two on the left and right side and one on the top.
The whole system of purifying the air is run by the 10inch silent fan (32 – 62 dB(A)). The air is sucked in the system from the bottom, back and sides. The pure air is pushed from the top side. It has 3 levels of air control.
Blueair Purifier Classic – 680i can be also be controlled by the Blueair friend App (can be download from Google Play & Itune) including switching On/Off.

It displays Wi-Fi connection and filter status as well as room air quality with indications of PM2.5 and VOC levels. With the free Blueair Friend app and connect it to the new Blueair Classic to control functions such as operating speed, child lock, night mode and more from afar using any smart device.
Who should be buying this product
Blueair Purifier product is used for a clean air environment for indoor use. People who have dust allergy, pollen allergy or no proper ventilation in the room or even if you have pets. If you are staying near construction sites, or place where there are smoke and dust pollution. Even place like in UAE where most of the people stay in Air conditioned houses, they may require it as the AC vent is also pushing pollen and fine dust from AC Vent.
Conclusion
Blueair Purifier Classic – 680i is a good product for Studio or room size of 775sqft. It makes a difference in the air quality which you can’t see but can see it on the filter which shows the pollutants it has grabbed on the filters. Recommended for people with Asthma, Dust, Pollen, hair allergy. Cost is on the higher (AED3999) but when it comes to better health there is no cost which can value it.
