The Review

Talking about the power and specs, the notebook comes with the AMD Ryzen 7 5700U Processor with 1.80GH Octa-core. The dual hinges and the display, which slides under the chassis when opened, are important detail. This lifts the base unit up to improve the airflow courtesy of the flat intakes on the bottom.

The display can be opened up to a maximum angle of 130 degrees. The lid can be opened one-handedly without holding the base unit in place.

The Acer Swift X laptop comes with Windows 11 Home 64 edition as Operating System. The laptop comes with NVidia GTX 1650.

As for the storage, it comes with a single 512 SSD drive and comes with 16GB RAM (GDDR6). As per model no. and details provided the laptop may have an additional slot for storage.
As for the charging of the device, the laptop has an Integrated 4-cell Li-Polymer 59Wh with a max battery power of 90 watts and runtime of 14 hours and charges with an AC Adapter.

The device comes with a webcam 720P which can click 1080 x 720pixel images and doesn’t have an E-shutter. As for the connective, the Acer Swift X comes with Wi-Fi 6, + Bluetooth 5.2, HDMI, 1 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A Ports, 2 USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C Ports and USB 3.2 Gen 2 (up to 10 Gbps).

The Acer Swift X Notebook comes with multiple ports and is designed beautifully using the full chassis design. On the left side has AC Adapter charging port, USB Type C Display & charging Port, HDMI port and USB Type-A port. The right side comes with Headphone /microphone combo jack (3.5mm), USB Type-A port and Kensington Lock Slot. The front and back side of the laptop is clean with no ports.

The notebook was tested with graphic, video and audio software and worked beautifully. With AMD Ryzen 7 chip and 16Gb RAM, there were no lags in between the transfer of tabs. I had 15 tabs switched ON with files downloading and uploading and also movie played on the screen. Even while rendering video files there were no issues at all. With the SSD drive for storage, the file transfer was quite fast compared HDD. The Notebook comes with Dolby DTS for sound.
Conclusion

The Acer Swift X notebook is powerful and perfectly designed for personal, business and gaming laptops. There are multiple options of configuration available to suit different usage from AMD Ryzen 7 with 16GB RAM and 512 GB SSD storage.

The 14-inch notebook has a sleek design and is perfect for carrying in a suitcase to bag pack. Since the pandemic, many meetings are held online via virtual conference applications. The laptop comes with a 720p camera. The laptop has added BIOS protection for the user. The audio is important, so with a microphone and speakers, you are ready for your conversation. With a backlit keyboard, you have nothing to worry about typing the text in low light conditions. The sound quality of the stereo speakers is good of the lack of low bass. But the Mids. and treble is good. As for the screen, the IPS panel is good and comfortable for the eyes, thanks to the TÜV Low Blue Light Certification. The WI-FI 6 network adapter in the laptop makes a difference and could see the speed increase with Wi-Fi 6 router.
