Generally, a consumer would be using this type of SD Card for cameras, drones, etc. The Kingston Canvas Go Plus SDXC is a UHS-I, U3, V30 Type and standard card. You record Ultra HD, 4K video footage with ease. As per the testing, I did check the transfer speed (read & write) of the SD Card by doing manual transferring of data from a laptop to the SD Card and vice versa.

By default, all the SD card comes in exFAT format, in USB it allows only to copy up to 4GB file size for larger, you need to format to NTFS format. But here, even the SD card is exFAT format there was no issue for copying larger data. For the test, I copied a file of 6.3 GB software and a movie (Blu-Ray version) of 6.93 GB from the laptop (Asus Strix Scar II) into the Kingston Canvas Go Plus SDXC card. It got an average write speed of 52.2MB/s to 56MB/s and 82.6MB/s to 85MB/s for reading/copying back to the laptop.
How to buy the right SD Card?

Generally, SD card is being used by photographers, videographer and consumer who like to keep memories by capturing the moments in images or videos. Most of the new cameras which include point & shoot cameras to come with Full HD video recording and little expensive, you have the option to shoot in RAW, Ultra HD, 4K quality.
In all digital cameras, when a person clicks a photo or starts recording a video, the camera has a temporary space or RAM in the camera’s body. So the digital data or the image has to be simultaneously transferred to a storage unit which can be a built-in hard drive or external device like an SD card. The SD card should have the capacity to capture/write the digital data (images and video) which is receiving from the camera chipset or the RAM. Here, the speed of the SD card is very important, if it’s written slow which may affect the camera capturing especially 4K videos. So generally, SDXC cards can capture high-speed data like 4K UHD videos or capturing burst mode photograph and Kingston Canvas Go Plus is been made for that purpose.
Backup & Date transfer

As the laptops are becoming sleek and light, many of the brands are removing USB Type slots and have changed to USB Type-C slot. There are laptops that are meant for the content creator, they have SD card readers. A product like Kingston Canvas Go Plus can be used for data transfer or even back up as there is a higher storage variant like 256GB and 512GB and the best part it is compact and even can be carried in your wallet or small pouch.
Conclusion

So overall, the Kingston Canvas Go Plus SDXC card is a great product. I have tested the product for 4K video recording and clicked burst mode images, there was no issue in capturing the moment on the SD card. Price of the product is quite competitive compared to similar kind of drives available in the market.
