Huawei smartphones have no issues with downloading Huawei-related applications from the Huawei App Gallery which comes pre-installed on the phone.

Please find the whole process of installing the Huawei Health App.
Go to your smartphone Google search and type – Huawei App Gallery. Then click on install appgallery.huawei.com
Then you have the screen to download, click on click install. Then you will have an apk file to download. You get instructions to download the file but your smartphone may say a message it is harmful to download the file, follow the process “OK” and proceed. Then you will get a message to go to “Setting” to allow the app to use on the smartphone.
Important: You have to activate “ChromeApp” from the list to allow the Huawei AppGallery to load on the smartphone. Once this is done.
The next step is to activate the “HMS Core” app. You have followed the same process of activating the HMS Core app. Again, you activate from the Unused Apps section but this time you will see the Huawei App Gallery, which must be activated for downloading the application.
Once the “HMSCore” app is downloaded, you can download the “Huawei Health App” from the App Gallery.
So now you can use the Huawei Health App for installing the Huawei Watch or Huawei devices.
Make sure you have switched on the Bluetooth on your phone.
Now follow the process of connecting the Huawei device with the Health App. And you are ready to use the Huawei device like watches, earbuds and more.
